We invite members to explore how their unique personality preferences—based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)—shape their leadership style, decision-making, team dynamics, and communication approach. Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned executive, understanding your MBTI type can unlock deeper self-awareness and elevate your leadership impact. Receive your one-hour individualized feedback from Dr. Maria Edrissi, before the workshop. 

• Understand the foundational principles of the MBTI framework and its relevance to leadership.
• Identify their MBTI type and explore how it influences their leadership strengths and blind spots.
• Recognize how different personality types of approach conflict, motivation, delegation, and team collaboration.

Part 1: Introduction to MBTI & Leadership (30 minutes)

• Overview of MBTI dimensions: Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving
• How personality preferences      influence leadership behaviors

Part 2: Discovering Your Type (30 minutes)

• Participants complete or reflect on their MBTI assessment
• Guided interpretation of type profiles with leadership lens
• Small group discussion: “How does my type show up in leadership?”

Part 3: Leading Across Types (30 minutes)

• Type dynamics in teams: strengths, challenges, and communication styles
• Case studies and role-play: navigating leadership scenarios with different types

Part 4: Action Planning & Wrap-Up (30 minutes)

• Reflection: What leadership habits align with my type?
• Flexing your style: adapting to team needs and organizational culture
• Personal leadership development plan using MBTI insights
